Curriculum:

  • Vaults: Techniques to quickly navigate obstacles by jumping over them.

  • Rolls and Landings: Methods for safe and precise landings.

  • Wall Techniques: Skills for ascending and maneuvering on walls.

  • Bar Skills: Abilities involving bar navigation.

  • Obstacles: Challenges that test balance, climbing, dexterity, and the ability to conquer the Warped Wall.

  • Spins and Aerial Awareness: Techniques for spins and maintaining control and awareness in the air.

These elements, plus many more, ensure participants gain a comprehensive and enjoyable experience, mastering a variety of techniques across parkour, freerunning, and ninja warrior disciplines.

Note: We keep our class sizes small to ensure personalized attention, challenging athletes individually and ensuring no one gets left behind or feels unchallenged.

    $75/month, 1-hour class per week ($18.75 per class)

    $135/month, (2) classes per week ($17.00 per class)*

    $180/month, (3) classes per week ($15.00 per class)*

    *Can be used as a family rate, for up to three kids or a single student for up to three classes.

    Multi-class discounts only apply in combination with $75 classes and do not apply in combination with $55 Preschool, TKD, and Adult classes.

    Membership Fee

    NEW members will be charged a membership fee of $30 (per family) which lasts the remainder of the calendar year.

    • Every active member will be charged an annual membership fee of $30 on December, 31st for the following year.

    Class Deposit

    When you first sign up for any class, you will be charged a one-time non-refundable fee of $25 (per roster spot) which directly contributes to your first month's tuition for that class. This sign-up fee is different from our yearly $30 membership fee, which is a separate cost.

    Waitlists

    Waitlists will be used to determine which classes may need to be added to our schedule if necessary. There is no charge to be on our waitlists.

Beginner to Intermediate πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ€ΈπŸ₯·

New to the world of Parkour and Ninja Warrior? If so, then Beginner is the perfect place to start. We recommend all new students take beginner classes first to familiarize themselves with foundational movements and terminology.

Typically for athletes in their first or second year, or for those still mastering the basics.

Intermediate to Advanced πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ€ΈπŸ₯·

Have you taken parkour, ninja, or team gymnastics classes before? Do you have a trampoline at home where you practice landing flips and tricks? Do you know what a parkour vault is or how to forward roll? Can you do the monkey bars easily and are looking for more obstacle challenges? It sounds like Intermediate would be a great fit!

This class covers the same curriculum as Beginner but typically progresses faster, allowing for more variation and challenges throughout the year.

Skill level range: Beginner to Advanced

To maintain appropriate class sizes, we have established a minimum and maximum number of roster spots per class. As needed before the start of summer, classes may be modified, combined, or removed. Waitlists will be used to determine which classes may need to be added to our schedule if necessary.
