TKD Martial Arts Uniforms Form 🥋

Wearing the UP TKD uniform is mandatory for all Taekwondo classes. However, we understand that newcomers might want to get a feel for the class before making a purchase. Therefore, we recommend waiting a week or two before pruchasing. If you decide to proceed, please place your order by the end of the 3rd week of class to ensure timely availability. Uniforms will be $60 (price may change based on market price). This fee will be charged to your account on file after this form is filled out, uniforms are not refundable. If we have your size in stock, we'll prepare your order immediately. Otherwise, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery as we might need to place a new order.
