SUMMER CLASSES
2025
📆 Monday, June 2nd through Friday, August 29th
What do we teach?
UP | Urban Playground specializes in teaching the Art of Movement through three core disciplines: Parkour, Freerunning, and Ninja Warrior Obstacle Training. Additionally, we offer Taekwondo.
🏃♂️ Parkour
Moving from point A to B over, under, and around obstacles as efficiently as possible.
🤸♂️ Freerunning
Parkour with the addition of tricking, flipping, creativity, and personal flair.
🥷 Ninja Warrior
Building balance, agility, and grip strength to climb and conquer various obstacles.
🥋 Taekwondo
A discipline in "combative sports" that helps develop strength and skills in mind, body, and spirit.
Which class is for you?
We find that most kids love engaging in all three of these core disciplines, as they offer a well-rounded approach to the Art of Movement. Most kids will find themselves in our “Parkour & Ninja Warrior” classes, where they can explore, learn, and master these dynamic activities!
