Weekend Check-List ✓

  • Athletes! You must have a current WNL Waiver filled out, this is separate from our waiver filled out during registration). https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/oasm726xyx5fpel6wk5e32/web/

  • Coaches! We will be checking to see if you are an up-to-date WNL-certified coach. Unfortunately, you may not be out on the floor in the warm-up area or the course if not. We will also check for an Urban Playground Waiver which can be filled out digitally through our website! Also, note that only the coach who is running with an athlete can be on the floor during the walkthrough as well as the warm-up area.

  • 📹 If new to Urban Playground watching the UP - Welcome Video! Which acted as a visual guide for our past competitions this season. This video will be helpful getting a general idea of the flow of our gym, but note that this competition will have a slightly different format!

  • Walkthrough will be done in person, there will be no walkthrough video for this event 🚫 📹 .

  • Run Orders will be posted via Facebook Event Page on Friday.

Start Times

Saturday

  • Kids & Mature Kids - Doors open at 8:40 am, Starts at 9 am.

Sunday

  • Preteens, Teens, & Young Adults - Doors open at 8:40 am, Starts at 9 am.

We will promptly begin at start times, all athletes should arrive and check-in prior to the official start time of their wave.

We will compete in ALL three stages together. We will do one stage at a time starting with the walkthrough for the first course and after everyone competes we will move to the next stage all together and repeat until we complete all three stages.

  • Challenge Course (Located in Front)

  • Full Course Course (Located in Back)

  • Flow Course (Located in Front)

    Note that the Stage naming in NinjaWorks provided by the WNL (Stage 1, 2, 3) has particular competition formats associated with each: Stage 1 (Flow), Stage 2 (Full), Stage 3 (Challenge) will be what is displayed in leaderboards but we will running these stages in reverse order.

We will have redemption time after awards!

  • From Union Deposit Exit, I-83

  • Heading towards Sheetz take a left turn onto Briarsdale Rd
    Pass McDonalds, Members 1st, & Fast Lane Auto Wash

  • Turn into the 4th building on the left, look for blue Urban Playground Sign.

  • Continue on the right side of the building to the back parking lot

  • Look for UP on the back purple door to enter.

To ensure the best flow of our competitions this year we will not be accepting any late registrations or walk-ins.
