N.A.W. Get UP

Pick it UP, put it down  15x

Stepping sideways in one direction, bend the knee and squat down grabbing an imaginary object on the ground. Pick it UP and put it on the imaginary shelf on the other side of your body. Try to keep back straight lift with the leg and core muscles. 15 times left and 15 times right.

Sit down, get back UP 15x

Squat down slowly and then sit down on the ground then get back UP.

Lay down, Super Sally 10x

Squat down slowly until hands reach the ground then get into the top of a pushup position. Slowly place straight body onto the ground. Lift arms above head and feet off the ground into “Super Sally” position for 5 seconds. Drop hands and feet, push back up to the top of pushup and then stand back UP. 10 times.

Banana Sally 10x

Squat down slowly until hands reach the ground then get into the top of a pushup position. Slowly place straight body onto the ground. Lift arms above head and feet off the ground into “Super Sally” position for 5 seconds. Rollover to “Banana Sally” and hold for 5 seconds. Rollback over to the “Super Sally” position for 5 seconds. Drop hands and feet, push back up to the top of pushup and then stand back UP. 10 times.
