Weekend Check-List ✓

  • Athletes! You must have a current WNL Waiver filled out, this is separate from our waiver filled out during registration). https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/8b679cnb4fvj3tvefclr9n/web/

  • Coaches! We will be checking to see if you are an up-to-date WNL-certified coach. Unfortunately, you may not be out on the floor in the warm-up area or the course if not. We will also check for an Urban Playground Waiver which can be filled out digitally through our website! Also, note that only the coach who is running with an athlete can be on the floor during the walkthrough as well as the warm-up area.

  • 📹 Course Walkthrough Video will be released Friday evening via YouTube at 4 pm.

  • 🏃‍♀️ View Run Order! will be released Friday late afternoon. Note that run-orders may slightly adjust.

Start Times

Saturday

  • Kids - Doors open at 8:30 am, official Start time is at 9 am.

  • Mature Kids - Doors open at 11 am, official start time is at 11:30 pm.

  • Preteens & Teens - Doors open at 2:30 pm, official start time is at 3:00 pm.

  • Adults & Masters - Doors open at 5 pm, official start time is at 5:30 pm.

We will promptly begin at start times, all athletes should arrive and check-in prior to the official start time of their wave.

We will have redemption time after the awards!

UP | Urban Playground is located in Union Deposit just outside of Harrisburg, PA.

Address is 1005 Briarsdale Road, Suite B Harrisburg, PA 17109

Directions

  • From Union Deposit Exit, I-83

  • Heading towards Sheetz take a left turn onto Briarsdale Rd
    Pass McDonalds, Members 1st, & Fast Lane Auto Wash

  • Turn into the 4th building on the left, look for blue Urban Playground Sign.

  • Continue on the right side of the building to the back parking lot

  • Look for UP on the back purple door to enter.
